Devonshire PALS is committed to a partnership between youth, the Devonshire
LAPD and the community.
To fulfill this mission, we will provide the youth of this area with
enriching, rewarding and instructive experiences thereby assisting in
their development into mature, responsible adults. PALS will strive to
be an outstanding citizen in the community by “Giving Youth
a Brighter Tomorrow”.
